Since I can remember, I’ve been picking peas and cutting corn. Jarring pickles & stirring jellies. Growing, harvesting, & processing home grown food is something I’ve been around my entire life, & something that I have a passion for. At Geaux Harvest Farms I will be able to continue this passion by developing planting, fertilizer, and irrigation schedules, looking closely for pests & then driving over to the kitchen to process down recently harvested produce, sell items from our farm market, & more.
